I've travelled to some out-of-the-way places for a good view of Mount Fuji, but today was the first time in all my years here I ever saw it from Tokyo. Ebisu takes on a new significance.

I found some great night pictures of Tokyo on this site: http://www.pbase.com/circle/tokyo_2004

That's when having a good SLR would come in really useful. I wish some generous benefactor would facilitate me, but that's never going to happen, so it looks like I'll have to fork out a fair bit of cash myself. It's hard to justify 150,000 yen for a gadget. Although I probably will at some point!

I benefit and think I'm keeping up to date with gizmo fashion, and you benefit due to my happiness and your own enjoyment of your lastest electronic purchase.
